    OWNER

    Employee of Floor Technology Group for 36 years and now the new owner.
    Duties: Running the business, Sales, Coordinating installation of all projects.

    SALES DIRECTOR

    Steve Morehead has 43 years of experience at installations and sales. He specializes in all tile installations standard or custom layouts.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    With 27 years of dedicated service, Amy has been an integral part of our company’s journey and growth. As our long-standing secretary, she plays a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, deep knowledge of the business, and unwavering professionalism, Amy is often the first point of contact for clients and team members alike. Her commitment, attention to detail, and supportive presence have made her an essential contributor to our success and company culture.

  • Justin Bomgaars

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Justin has been with the company for over 20 years, growing alongside the business and building lasting relationships across the industry. With a degree in Finance and Marketing from Cal State Long Beach, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. Whether he’s managing timelines or guiding clients through the flooring selection process, Justin’s attention to detail and follow-through make him a trusted partner on every job.

    Outside of work, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and their two kids — usually at the ball field, dance studio, or trying to keep up with weekend adventures.

  • Riley Quenga

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Starting out as an installer in 2018, he gained firsthand experience working directly on job sites, which gave him a thorough understanding of how projects should be managed from start to finish. Over time, he advanced to roles as a project manager and sales representative, combining his practical knowledge with leadership and client-focused skills. His background in installation has sharpened his eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the job meets the highest of standards. This blend of hands-on experience and management expertise enables him to oversee projects efficiently and effectively, which in turn delivers consistent results at the highest quality.

  • Alex Aguirre

    PROJECT MANAGER

    With over 16 years of hands-on experience in tile installation and more than a decade in sales, Alex brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of the flooring industry to every project. His expertise spans all aspects of the trade, from precise installation techniques to client-focused sales strategies. In addition to tile, Alex is well-versed in a variety of flooring types, making him a versatile and knowledgeable resource for clients and teams alike. As a project manager, Alex combines technical skill with industry insight to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

  • Devan Dalrymple

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Devan started his career at Pivotal on the ground floor—literally. He began installing flooring across school districts, working with everything from carpet to LVP and tile. As an assistant lead on large-scale jobs like Barnes & Noble, he learned what it takes to execute high-profile projects under pressure. That hands-on experience shaped how he now manages crews, timelines, and client expectations as a Project Manager.

    Today, Devan oversees complex commercial projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring every detail—from subfloor prep to finish work—is handled with precision. His background in the field gives him an edge in managing jobsite realities while keeping communication clear and operations tight.

    Outside of flooring, Devan spent six years coaching Los Alamitos high school lacrosse, building teams grounded in discipline, accountability, and grit—values that still drive how he leads projects today.

  • Moises Guzman

    PROJECT MANAGER

    As a graduate of Cal State University Fullerton, he began his professional journey in the finance industry. After gaining valuable experience in that field, he pivoted his career toward construction and joined Pivotal Commercial Flooring to pursue his passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

    With a strong focus on communication, client service, and attention to detail, Moises plays a key role in business development and strategic partnerships. He is dedicated to helping clients bring their projects to life through high-quality flooring solutions and seamless coordination.

  • Gavin Dalrymple

    SHOP SUPERVISOR

    Gavin is a true renaissance man in the flooring industry—skilled, adaptable, and deeply knowledgeable across all areas of the trade. In the shop, he excels in the logistical aspect of prepping all materials and tools needed for any job. On job sites, he’s highly versatile with all types of flooring installation and demo, handling each task with precision and efficiency. Known for his mechanical know-how, Gavin is quick to fix machines and solve problems on the fly. In high-pressure situations, he’s a breath of fresh air—calm, steady, and always ready with a solution—making him the backbone of any crew.
